Farewell to Markus Tacke as Managing Director

After impressive 32 years, Markus Tacke is taking his leave as Managing Director of CPC Germania. Under his leadership, the company has developed into an outstanding project developer and energy producer in the renewable energy sector and has achieved numerous successes.

Since February 1, Melina Tacke has taken over the management and responsibility of the CPC Group. She has been actively supporting CPC in her role as CFO for five years and has made a significant contribution to the successes of recent years.

In her new role as CEO, Melina Tacke will be supported by Dipl.-Geogr. Joachim Binotsch in the position of Chief Technical Officer (CTO). With over 20 years of professional experience in renewable energies – as an entrepreneur, consultant and for the last four years as General Manager at CPC – Mr. Binotsch brings outstanding expertise to this new responsibility.

Markus Tacke will remain with us in his role as an advisor and will support both of them in their new positions. In addition, Mr. B.Sc. Dennis Edelbrock will support the new management in his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His more than ten-year career at CPC speaks for his extensive experience and expertise.

Markus Tacke founded CPC Germania, or Germania Windpark at the time, in 1993. As Managing Director, he has since shaped the company with visionary foresight and tireless commitment. His strategic decisions and his commitment to sustainable energy have made a significant contribution to CPC’s success today. The impressive result to date in figures: 416 installed turbines and 62,612 installed PV modules with a total projected output of 950 megawatts.
