The futu­ristic-loo­king office buil­ding with a metal and glass look com­bi­nes excel­lent design with sus­tainable tech­no­lo­gy. he buil­ding, which is loca­ted in the Inno­va­ti­on Quar­ter, draws its hea­ting from was­te­wa­ter pipes from the muni­ci­pal uti­li­ty com­pa­ny. Spread over four flo­ors, up to 12 ten­ants will find their space to develop.
