If you would like to make your property available for the generation of green electricity without becoming the operator of the wind turbine(s), we will be happy to work out a suitable concept with you. Property owners whose land becomes available for wind power take advantage of secured lease income over periods of at least 20 years. In the context of communal areas, this also opens up interesting revenue opportunities for the participating municipalities.
The projects are planned in agreement with the owners and realized in close cooperation. We see our landlords as long-term partners. For us, fairness, transparency and open communication are self-evident. You will find all the reasons for working with us below.
