If you would like to make your pro­per­ty available for the gene­ra­ti­on of green elec­tri­ci­ty wit­hout beco­ming the ope­ra­tor of the wind turbine(s), we will be hap­py to work out a sui­ta­ble con­cept with you. Pro­per­ty owners who­se land beco­mes available for wind power take advan­ta­ge of secu­red lea­se inco­me over peri­ods of at least 20 years. In the con­text of muni­ci­pal are­as, this also opens up inte­res­t­ing reve­nue oppor­tu­ni­ties for the par­ti­ci­pa­ting muni­ci­pa­li­ties.
The pro­jects are plan­ned in agree­ment with the owners and rea­li­sed in clo­se coope­ra­ti­on. We see our land­lords as long-term part­ners. For us, fair­ness, trans­pa­ren­cy and open com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on are self-evi­dent. You will find all the reasons for working with us below.
