Career with CPC Germania
Our work
At CPC, we are working together to make our contribution to the energy transition. Young minds and experienced experts cope hand-in-hand with the high demands of implementing and operating wind farms. We are supported by innovative software in our paperless offices, on the road or from home.
If you are interested in wind energy and would like to put your enthusiasm into practice professionally, you've come to the right place.
Our values
A good company sets a special focus on togetherness and communication. To this end, employees and managers jointly developed a mission statement that defines the self-image and basic principles of our company in order to provide orientation and ensure harmonious interaction.
Team events are also held to promote team spirit. We hold regular communication seminars and cook together once a month, for example.
Our benefits
We enable work-life balance and family friendliness. Flexitime and home office as well as generous vacation planning allow flexible working and more freedom in personal planning.
We attach great importance to a pleasant working environment. Our modern and ergonomic office and IT equipment paired with catering through drinks and fruit form the optimal basis for comfortable work.
We promote green mobility. Our centrally located office building is right next to the train station in Rheine and is perfectly connected to public transport. We offer our employees free job bikes and Germany tickets.
